Vikings Get Visit From Tomlinson Today;  Williams Court Update

The Vikings will host free agent running back Ladainian Tomlinson today at Winter Park.  The 30-year old running back if the 8th all-time leading rusher in NFL history and is 2nd all-time in rushing touchdowns.  Tomlinson was released by San Diego 2 weeks ago and if he agrees to join the Vikings would do so as a backup to starter Adrian Peterson.  Vikings defensive tackle Pat Williams testified yeserday he didn't know an over-the-counter weight-loss supplement contained a banned diurectic that led to his positive drug test in 2008.  The NFL is trying to suspend Pat and Kevin Williams for violating the NFL substance abuse policy for taking a substance prohibited by the league.
