St. Cloud Cathedral has hired Dean Taylor as its new head football coach.  Taylor is a legendary head coach in the area having coached at Sartell for 26 years winning 2 state championships and conference titles in the West Central Conference.  He had also been the Athletic Director at Sartell-St. Stephen High School and retired as head coach and was replaced by current head coach John Ross.  Most recently Dean has been an assistant coach for John Gagliardi at St. John's.  Taylor replaces Jamie Kinzer.
