The Vikings lost their final preseason game of 2008 16-10 Thursday night in Dallas to the Cowboys.  John David Booty started the game at quarterback for the Vikings and was 8-15 passing for 93 yards with no touchdowns and 1 interception.  Brooks Bollinger quarterbacked the Vikings in the 2nd half and was 6-18 passing for 62 yards.  Martin Nance led Viking receivers with 2 catches for 31 yards.  The Vikings did not play their starters last night and finish the preseason with a record of 1-3.  Minnesota will have to cut their roster from 75 players to 53 by Saturday.  The Vikes open the regular season September 8 at Green Bay.  Hear the Vikings in the regular season on AM 1240-WJON.
